At USA Apteka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn items with all original tags attached in the original packaging to ensure the products remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
